01Our commitment
We believe everyone should be able to learn about our services and reach us easily. We treat web accessibility as an ongoing effort and regularly review the site to find and fix barriers, train our team, and improve the experience for users of assistive technology.
02Conformance standard
The WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines are the recognized standard for web accessibility and the benchmark most often applied under the ADA. We aim for full Level AA conformance across this site and measure new work against it before release.
WCAG is built on four principles — content should be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust. Our design and development practices map to each.
03What we’ve done
- Built the site with semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading structure.
- Added a “skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Ensured the whole site is operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Provided text alternatives for meaningful images and hid decorative graphics from assistive tech.
- Checked color contrast against WCAG AA thresholds for text and interactive elements.
- Labeled all form fields and tied error and confirmation messages to their controls.
- Used responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content up to 200% zoom.
04Accessibility features
- Keyboard navigation — every link, button and form control is reachable and usable with the keyboard alone.
- Skip link — press Tab on load to jump straight to the main content.
- Visible focus — a clear outline shows which element is focused.
- Descriptive labels — links, buttons and inputs have meaningful, programmatic names.
- Readable text — scalable units, generous line height and AA-level contrast.
- Reduced motion — we honor your system “reduce motion” setting.
05Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) and common assistive technologies such as screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and screen magnifiers. It is not designed to support browsers more than two major versions out of date.
06Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on any third-party embeds and legacy documents. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.
07Feedback & assistance
If you have trouble accessing any part of this site, or need information in an alternative format, contact us and we will help and work to fix the issue promptly. Please include the page address and a description of the problem.
08Formal complaints
We take accessibility seriously and prefer to resolve concerns directly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also have the right to raise the matter with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. We will cooperate fully with any such review.
