SmartLink Connections is an independent master internet broker, cabling contractor and network integrator. We came up in the trades — pulling wire and racking switches — and added carrier brokerage when clients got tired of fighting with their ISP alone.
SmartLink started where most low-voltage shops start — pulling cable and configuring networks for one client, then his neighbor, then a friend two cities over. The thing we kept hearing was the same: "can you also handle the ISP?" We got our master agent license, and now the carrier work is most of what we do.
We stayed in the cable and gear business because the pieces belong together. The wrong circuit on the right cable still doesn't work. So we broker the circuit, pull the wire, and configure the network — one number, one project manager, no finger-pointing.

Mike has been wiring, configuring and rescuing networks since before "the cloud" was a marketing term. He answers his own phone, walks every job he can, and personally writes the carrier quotes he sends out.
Owner-led scoping — no salesperson handing you off.
Cable schedule, BOM, rack plan — written down before we order anything.
Licensed, insured subcontractors on every install; we manage the job end to end.
Labeled drops, Fluke certifications, as-builts you can hand the next vendor.
Business-hours support, after-hours line for existing clients.
New builds and retrofits, single sites and multi-region rollouts. Six audiences we quote and install for most often:
Plan-spec ready. Low-voltage rough-in, demarc planning, circuit pre-orders before drywall goes up.
Multi-tenant cabling, common-area networks, tenant move-in / move-out provisioning.
One office, one storefront, one quote across every carrier serving your address.
Quiet work, HIPAA-aware cabling, redundant circuits and managed firewalls for clinics and practice groups.
District networks, classroom WiFi, E-rate-aware carrier quoting and after-hours installs.
Bowling, arcade, karaoke, restaurants, bars. POS-grade networks, lane displays and venue-wide WiFi.
Carrier brokerage works the same in any market — we can quote a circuit anywhere in the country and coordinate the install with the carrier. Cabling and network jobs are mostly in Southern California, but we'll travel for existing clients opening new locations.
Many of our entertainment clients ask we keep names off marketing material. Here's the shape of the work — introductions on request.
Happy to connect you with operators who've worked with us — they can speak to how we scope, install and handle the inevitable Saturday-night phone call.
